Deep State Showcases Talent on Reactor Vol. 1

Article by: Sam Wolloch

Fresh off two Top 10 Beatport records in its very first year, Deep State Recordings releases its first compilation album, Reactor Vol. 1, highlighting 11 artists over 13 exclusive and original tracks. The Scottish star and label founder Grum stays true to Deep State’s strengths, showcasing its roster of top talent in the progressive and melodic tech-house scene.

The label’s leader Grum features twice on this outstanding compilation, leading the way with two tracks fans have been clamoring for, “Blackhole” and “The Pledge.” Swedish star John Dahlback impresses as well on his Deep State debut, with his vocal tune and my personal album favorite, “Take Me.” Another Deep State standout, Kane, closes the album out in style with “No Silence.”

Another trio of talented artists from Reactor Vol. 1, Arturia, Local Dialect, and Pete K will join Grum for a four-hour Deep State livestream through Dreamstate on InsomniacTV, Sunday, October 18, now starting at 9pm PST.
