Planet Zuzy is a multi-talented music producer, DJ, creative director, and entrepreneur from Poland who recently made her debut in the electronic music scene with the release of her first single, “Higher.” This highly anticipated track is the culmination of Planet Zuzy’s life experiences and reflects her diverse inspirations. Planet Zuzy spent her early years traveling the world, allowing her to experience the cultures of Spain, China, Mexico, and Switzerland. Fueled by her love of Euro dance music and embracing her multicultural background, she produced this single that captures the essence of her worldly experiences.
“Higher” draws its authority straight from the dance floor, infusing classic club sounds with a contemporary, mainstage pop edge. The track seamlessly combines trance-infused elements with infectious rhythms, stirring an irresistible urge to dance. Planet Zuzy shared that her debut single was inspired by one of her most cherished childhood memories when her parents gifted her a Numark Mixtrack controller at age 11. Even though it was all new to her, Planet Zuzy spent countless hours exploring and immersing herself in the world of dance music. During this time, she stumbled upon Avicii’s “Levels” shortly after its release. The freedom and pure bliss she felt at that moment inspired her passion for creating dance music.
Planet Zuzy explored various musical instruments from a young age, including the drums, guitar, piano, and even singing. She dove into music production and singing wholeheartedly, teaching herself everything she could, which eventually lead to her breakthrough opportunity to DJ at a small club in New York City in October 2021. Since then, her career has skyrocketed. Her energetic performances and undeniable talent behind the decks have captivated audiences, propelling her from playing in the back alleys of the East Village to commanding major gigs at festivals and some of the hottest clubs in the city. Her vast library of remixes has garnered millions of streams and she has had the privilege of opening for renowned industry names such as EDX, Disco Lines, Pete Tong, and HUGEL.
